Cancellation Policies
We will refund class fees for your cancellation up to one week before the scheduled class. Up to 48 hours before the class, we will issue a credit to be used towards another class. No refunds or credit can be given for cancellations less than 48 hours before class.

Class and Menus
Format: All classes are hands-on and include tasting portions of everything made, unless otherwise noted. Instructors reserve the right to alter menus due to seasonal availability of ingredients.

Time of Class
Please check the schedule for the starting time of your class.

Appropriate Attire for Students
Your classes will take place in a working kitchen, and you will be standing for most of the duration of your class. We recommend that you wear flat-soled, closed toed, comfortable shoes and comfortable clothing to class.

Payment
Payment is due at time of reservation (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and cash are accepted). Space is limited. If the class is full, your name may be placed on a waiting list.

Mélange reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or substitute instructors if necessary. Upon cancellation we will contact you by phone or e-mail. You will have the choice of either transferring your payment to another class or receiving a refund or credit.
